Irvine Valley College is hosting their 32nd Annual Astounding Inventions Contest. This event promotes students’ interest and learning in math and science. Kindergarten through 7th Grade students are invited release their imagination and go wild to create something new and exciting.
If your child will be participating in this exciting event, drop the parent authorization form off (into the box at the parent room next to the office) by November 15th, or send the form to email@example.com.
Video inventions are due December 14th, all other inventions are due December 15th. Each participant needs to bring three things to the school: the invention, notebook, and display board or video.
The Beacon Park contest will be on December 15th, so be ready for the interview with the judges. The winners will move to the district-wide competition at IVC on January 26 & 27.
