Did you know that Irvine Unified School District is one of the lowest funded school districts in California? Despite the statistics, we aim to provide for every Bengal student. How does this happen?
It all begins with our annual Back-to-School Pledge Drive! Beacon Park PTA asks for a suggested donation of $200 per family to support students with PTA programs. Our goal is to meet a target amount in order to avoid having smaller fundraisers throughout the year (selling wrapping paper, cookie dough, etc.). All tax-deductible donations in any amount are greatly appreciated and make a positive impact on our children's educational experience. Through your support, fundraising efforts, and generous donations, Beacon Park PTA is able to provide enrichment programs, classroom support, technology, and materials at every grade level. Every donation makes a difference!

How it's done...
Teachers, families and local businesses work together to accomplish these goals by:
- Joining PTA
- Donating to our Pledge Drive ($250 per family suggested donation)
- Buying Spirit Wear (10% of sales goes back to our PTA!)
- Eating out on Restaurant Nights
- Participating in Earn & Learn
- Shopping at certain local and national retailers like Amazon and Ralphs!
Beacon Park School PTA is recognized as a registered 501(c)(3) charity by the IRS. Donations are tax-deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes.
